Murphy Gains Another 8 Votes - Now Ahead by 46

In the NY-20 special election, the latest update shows Scott Murphy's (D) lead is now 46 votes over Jim Tedisco (R).

Three counties have yet to open and tally their paper balllots - Warren and Washington, which were carried by Murphy, and Saratoga, which was won by Tedisco
