Some have it Murphy up by 168 - others Murphy ahead by 86. The latter number includes many of the absentee & military ballots from Saratoga County, Tedisco's stronghold. With the paper ballots from Washington County - Murphy's stronghold - yet to be counted, the numbers don't look promising for Republican James Tedisco.
